These are the hypothetical terms and conditions you agree to by submitting your request:
1. Accuracy of Information: The client warrants that all information provided in this service request is accurate, true, and complete to the best of their knowledge.
2. Estimated Quotation: The quotation generated is an initial estimate based on the information provided. It is not a binding offer and is subject to change upon detailed assessment of the client's requirements. A formal, binding proposal will be provided by ZITIT after a comprehensive review.
3. Use of Data: ZITIT will use the personal and service-related data provided solely for the purpose of processing this service request, communicating with the client, and improving its services. Data will be handled in accordance with ZITIT's Privacy Policy.
4. Electronic Signature: The electronic signature provided serves as an acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and the accuracy of the submitted information. It carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature.
5. National ID Upload: The uploaded National ID/Passport copy is collected for verification purposes and to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. This document will be stored securely and used strictly for identity verification related to this service request.
6. Service Commencement: Services will only commence upon mutual agreement on a formal proposal, including specific terms, pricing, and timelines, and may require further documentation or payment.
7. Limitation of Liability: ZITIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
8. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.
