Upcoming & Proposed Projects Across Masvingo
Building on the foundation of the ZITIT Poultry Project, our provincial strategy is to diversify our investment portfolio across Masvingo's unique districts. We are developing proposals targeting the province's key strengths in tourism, agriculture, and logistics.
Masvingo Urban
Proposals are centered on hospitality and urban real estate to support the tourism sector and the growing city population. Potential for urban poultry outlets.
Chiredzi & Mwenezi
Upcoming ventures will focus on sugarcane out-grower schemes, irrigated horticulture, and game ranching. This region also presents opportunities for large-scale poultry farming due to available land and water resources.
Chivi & Zaka
We are exploring opportunities in logistics to support the flow of goods and developing fisheries. Expansion of local poultry supply chains is also being considered.
Bikita & Gutu
Proposed projects include investments in mining support services and small-grain processing facilities. Localized poultry projects to serve district centers are also being evaluated.
